Friday Club is where people go to have fun and unwind after a long week. Catch up with friends, meet new people. You won't know who will turn up at the next Friday Club. Friday Club is at a different venue every time, checking out new bars around Melbourne. Friday Club is not a snooty club that you need to be a member to participate. Just join the mailing list or check here for announcements for the next Friday Club, and just turn up. Who knows how the night will turn out, but rest assured it's always a lot of fun!

Madame Brussels resides in a non-descript office building at the top end of Bourke St. Once you have found the place, go up the sparse brightly lit stairwell to the top floor.

Through the door it is as if you have stumbled upon a summer garden party in full swing. In an effort to stand out from Melbournes abundance of bar – the main selling point here is the effort made to bring the outdoors inside.

Fake grass covers the enitre floor, save for a brick pathway leading the picket fence kiosk at the end where waiters in blazers serve summery cocktails, sandwiches plus your usual selection of beers.
You can choose to sit indoors almost at floor level on deck chairs or venture outside onto the more conventional and spacious rooftop courtyard.

With great views out onto Bourke St and across to Parliament, its a great quirky venue to pick up some drunken CBD type and go for a roll in the hay /grass.
